    DESCRIPTION

    This position will provide day to day operational and process training to all departments in support of the overall corporate mission and to ensure standard goals are achievable.  Key metrics (includes but are not limited to: Quality Assurance and Compliance, Regulatory alignment, individual and team-level proficiency achievement, new hire training completion and subsequent employee retention, and enrichment training in alignment with current and scaled population) will be the main focus(es). In addition to metrics achievement, must be fluent in Bond's processes and procedures, and will serve as a natural role model for junior exempt as well as non-exempt and contracted employees.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Source, develop, and enhance materials and curricula needed for Training and Development companywide, focusing on Command Center and Member Care
    • Facilitate both in-person and online training sessions
    • Create and maintain the corporate Training and Development Repository
    • Proactively address any and all work and processes that does not meet Bond's quality and production standards
    • Assists employees with questions, concerns and inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.
    • Assists with processing biweekly payroll during onboarding process.
    • Responsible for using sound judgment and initiative in making decisions to support best practices and Bond's Policies and Procedures
    • Communicate effectively with all levels as liaison within Bond and outside dealers, contractors, and/or vendors as related to training and development
    • Lead and assist with any assigned special projects
    • Assist with reporting, clerical and data entry type functions as needed
    • All other duties as required

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Demonstrated leadership abilities and proven attendance reliability
    • Ability to physically facilitate presentations
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional detail orientation and organization skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of corporate and client processes, policies, and procedures, and ability to recommend revisions as needed
    • Ability to adapt and effectively function in a constantly changing environment
    • Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to multiple locations
    • Working knowledge of PC applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio, TalentLMS, Rise360, Articulate, and other web-based applications.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Proven attendance reliability

    IN ADDITION TO THIS, YOU'LL HAVE:

    • Experience or interest in member/customer support, and in working for an organization with a dedication to helping others.
    • Flexibility in your schedule preference to include, weekends, evenings and some holidays (we run a 24x7x365 operation to provide around-the-clock safety and security for our members).
    • The ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.
    • The ability to successfully complete a thorough background and reference check.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    YOU'LL NEED THE FOLLOWING TO WORK FROM HOME, WHILE WE TEMPORARILY OPERATE IN A REMOTE CAPACITY (AND FOLLOW THE MOST CURRENT STAY-AT-HOME GUIDELINES) UNTIL COVID RESTRICTIONS ARE RELAXED:

    • Well-lit, dedicated and quiet area from where to work remotely without interruption or distraction. Must have a neutral visual or a neutral virtual background.
    • Workspace large enough to accommodate two monitors and a notebook computer.
    • Notebook or Desktop computer, with minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available.
    • Working High-Definition web camera.
    • Spare USB Port for Headset
    • High Speed Broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!)
