    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    You'll use proprietary, cutting-edge technologies to deliver our services and provide best-in-class care and support to our members nationwide.

    Whether it's providing a watchful eye in uncomfortable situations, coordinating roadside assistance in a pinch, or delivering emergency response support, you'll help keep our members safer, 24/7, on demand.

    In addition to this you'll:

    1. Provide real-time assistance and respond to live cases and support requests via video, phone and/or chat while maintaining strict confidentiality and the highest level of professionalism
    2. Resolve personal security and safety concerns via our proprietary care methods and resource coordination
    3. Operate computers, phones, cameras and proprietary software/technologies to communicate with members and other resources
    4. Monitor and analyze data and situations quickly to choose the best solutions and solve problems thoughtfully
    5. Document, process, report and record information in verbal, written and electronic form
    6. Participate in and provide assistance periodically with training team members, both new and existing.

    You have superb communication and listening skills and have experience assessing situations to make quick, but thoughtful judgment calls. You are adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity with a “can do” mindset in all situations.

    IN ADDITION TO THIS, YOU HAVE:

    1. 2+ years' experience in customer care, public safety, emergency response, the military, criminal justice, EMS, psychology, or related
    2. The flexibility to work on a shift schedule to include evenings or overnights and rotating weekends - we are a 24x7 operations
    3. Proficient computer and multitasking skills to include Microsoft Office applications and various browsers, and a typing speed of at least 45 WPM
    4. The ability to accurately read and respond to computer-generated data and readouts with variations in color and eyesight corrected to at least 20/40
    5. The ability to understand, see, and hear audible and visual signals and remain seated and upright for extended periods
    6. Preferred - Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree or military service

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    YOU'LL NEED THE FOLLOWING TO WORK FROM YOUR LOCATION WHILE WE OPERATE IN A REMOTE CAPACITY (AND FOLLOW THE MOST CURRENT STAY-AT-HOME GUIDELINES):

    1. Well-lit, dedicated and quiet area from where to work remotely without interruption or distraction. Must have a neutral visual background.
    2. Workspace large enough to accommodate two monitors and a notebook computer.
    3. Notebook or Desktop computer, with minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available.
    4. Working High Definition web camera.
    5. Spare USB Port for Headset
    6. High Speed Broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!)
