Responsibilities: Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Coordinating community outreach and company culture events • Maintain positive NPS scores • Track and respond to client reviews on and any and all company social platforms • Track and mail past client care packages • Office management duties as needed Qualifications: Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills Compensation: $15 hourly
