You’ll be responsible for connecting with past clients, coordinating community outreach events, planning culture events for our team members, and interacting with clients via social forums to provide an elevated customer service experience. Responsibilities: Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Coordinating community outreach and company culture events • Maintain positive NPS scores • Track and respond to client reviews on and any and all company social platforms • Track and mail past client care packages • Office management duties as needed Qualifications: Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills Compensation: $15 hourly
