Job Description
This position is a paid internship for the summer of 2023. The key objectives include supporting Human Resources projects around our completion of the career mapping process, assessment of training plans to ensure proper evaluation, and assistance with employee engagement projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer a skills assessment to our current technical talent, take data from assessment and create a training plan to address gaps through internal/external training planning.
Lead Hebron & EGV employee appreciation event through the employee engagement committee.
Responsible for the creation of Operations training plans. Ensure the training plans align to the 30-60-90-day evaluation form.
Work with Human Resources Team to assist with day-to-day employee requests.
Qualifications
3rd or 4th year Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Degree.
Previous intern experience preferred in Training, OD, or HR department.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision required.
