Job Description
Our National Conversation is building a non-partisan solution platform for American policy issues. The Video Production Intern will contribute to ONC’s mission of providing non-partisan news, opinions, and policy solutions by assisting with the production of short forms of media, and potentially ONC’s new idea of a TV show to make public policy conversations interesting. This intern must be creative and a good team player. The video production intern is responsible for the shooting, sound, and editing of the productions, as well as stitching together several individual Mp4s to create longer content pieces from unrelated videos and creating assets to make the content visually enjoyable. This position is remote, with work primarily conducted over Zoom and Slack, so applicants must be comfortable coordinating in a remote environment and are expected to maintain a high level of communication. The duration of this internship can be as short as a semester or as long as a year or more depending on their performance. Many people choose to extend their internship past the amount of time they initially committed to. Interns must commit to at least the end of the Summer semester (December 9th, 2022).
