As the world's most trusted co-parenting application, nearly one million parents and family law practitioners have leveraged OurFamilyWizard to effectively communicate, coordinate schedules, exchange digital payments, and settle disputes.

    As a DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST / INTERN, you will support a variety of functions throughout the organization and will be exposed to data, marketing, IT, and leadership teams via a variety of weekly tasks.  You will be responsible for reviewing data on a variety of platforms and entering it into our Customer Relationship Management System. You are comfortable and excel at handling tasks with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, and expediency. This position requires a high attention to detail as you are responsible for accuracy of documentation critical to our marketing functions.

    This is an hourly position that reports to our Sales Analysis & Administration Manager. You will work 15 to 20 hours per week from January – May with the potential to extend.

    SCHEDULE: Hours are flexible, however, required to meet 15 - 20 hours per week. OFW core business hours are 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.

    COMPENSATION: $12/hr

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High level of web proficiency, strong computer skills.
    • Demonstrated verbal and written grammatical proficiencies. Effective communicator.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Comfortable in Windows, OS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
    • Critical thinker, ability to break down and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills. Enjoys teamwork and takes ownership of tasks.

    PREFERRED:

    • Located in Minnesota
    • Knowledge of the Family Law industry.
    • Basic database design skills.
    • Undergraduate student (ideally completed sophomore or junior year)
