JOB DESCRIPTION

The Division Supervisor and Director of the Bethel Campus plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful day-to-day operations of the Bethel site. This individual serves as the instructional guide and cultural steward for the campus team, providing leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to staff. The role ensures implementation of school-wide standards while fostering autonomy and confidence in educators. The Director works collaboratively with the administrative team to advance curriculum, instruction, and student achievement.
