Job Summary:
Out To Lunch Restaurant Group is seeking an organized and creative person to join our team as Marketing Coordinator in Scottsdale, Arizona.
OTL is a restaurant concept that manages ten restaurant locations in Colorado, Idaho, and Arizona. Restaurant concepts include Smokin Fins, Lucky Fins, Zen Baja, and Acero. The ideal candidate will manage or assist with a range of graphic design and marketing tasks including:
Social Media & PR: develop and grow branding, customer engagement, and public relations. Responsible for our PR, newsletters, and other marketing initiatives including local paid advertising and social media.
Graphic Design: design and print seasonal menus, create advertising graphics, and do additional creative tasks related to marketing and branding.
Marketing Plan: work with managers to set and implement our marketing budgets and materials.
Customer Service: assist with responding to reviews and marketing emails.
Restaurant manager communications.
Manage and update company website using Squarespace/Popmenu.
Qualifications:
While we do not expect one candidate to meet all the desired qualifications, the successful candidate will meet several qualifications and be flexible enough to take on new roles as the position develops over time.
Qualified candidates must meet the requirements below:
Experience or interest in working in marketing, public relations, or graphic design.
Experience managing and growing social media presence.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of InDesign is required.
High level of computer proficiency including Canva, MS Word, MS Excel.
Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Additional desired skills and qualities include:
Food photography & basic editing.
Comfortable with social media scheduling Hootsuite.
Experience with Canva.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus!
