We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Operations team, as an Outbound Associate (Loader) at our Glenwillow, OH location.

What you'll be doing:

• Continuously hand stack containers weighing up to 50 pounds inside multiple trailers
• Utilizing an RF device to scan all containers prior to loading in trailer
• Stack containers onto a pallet and utilize a pallet jack to load onto a trailer
• Assist packing wine club orders
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in warehouse setting

• Comfortable with lifting 50 pounds consistently during the work shift

• Ability to stand long periods of time

• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed (including evenings and weekends as necessary)

• Basic math skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and multitask

• Ability to work in a team environment
