Responsibilities: • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
