Do you enjoy connecting with people and turning conversations into results? We’re seeking an Outbound Call Center Sales Representative to join our healthcare team. In this role, you’ll focus primarily on reaching out to existing and past patients to schedule follow-up appointments and re-engage them with our services. You’ll also occasionally assist with inbound calls as needed, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to existing and former patients to schedule appointments and encourage follow-up care

Build rapport and maintain professional, patient-centered communication

Share information on services, products, and promotions to drive patient engagement

Occasionally assist with inbound calls to answer questions and schedule appointments

Document all calls and maintain accurate records in our system

Achieve and exceed performance goals related to calls, appointments scheduled, and sales metrics

Collaborate with practice teams to support seamless patient care

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, call center, or healthcare scheduling preferred

Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a friendly, professional phone manner

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to stay motivated and meet performance goals
