We are looking for motivated, confident individuals to join us as Cold Callers and Inside Marketing Representatives. If you are competitive, goal driven, and energized by talking to new people, this is your opportunity to grow with a company that rewards performance.

This is NOT a high pressure closing role. You are not responsible for selling or closing deals. Your job is to spark conversations, build interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our in home sales consultants.

What You Will Be Doing

Making outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads and dialing systems Introducing Elevation Exteriors and educating homeowners about our roofing, siding, and exterior services Identifying interest and scheduling free inspections and consultations Accurately entering homeowner information and appointment details Representing the company professionally and confidently on every call Working with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
