What You'll Do As an Outbound Representative you'll serve as a key connection between our company and our customers. You'll build relationships, provide valuable information, and help homeowners stay comfortable year-round.
Your Responsibilities
Proactively connect with current and past customers regarding maintenance memberships, service opportunities, and special promotions
Schedule appointments and ensure customers receive outstanding service
Maintain accurate customer records and notes
Follow up with customers to strengthen relationships and increase customer retention
Who You Are
Outgoing, positive, and confident when connecting with people—whether on the phone or in person
A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and earning trust
Resilient and motivated—you don't get discouraged by a "no" and see objections as opportunities to educate and help
Someone who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in finding solutions that benefit customers

What You’ll Need:
Monday–Friday availability (some Saturdays)
2+ years in customer service, call center, or related work
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, working quickly through different programs, and dexterity of doing it all while working with our customers)
Valid driver’s license + clean record, reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check and drug screening
