What You'll Do
As an Outbound Sales Agent (OSA), you'll reach out to leads we provide — people who have already expressed interest in buying or selling — and turn those conversations into appointments for our 25-agent team. Think of it as sales with a warm runway: no cold lists, no hunting for your own prospects. Just focused, purposeful outreach.
Your day-to-day looks like making calls, having real conversations, uncovering what people need, and following up consistently. It's phone-based, it's fast-paced, and when you're good at it, it pays well.

Schedule
Primarily weekday business hours with some flexibility for lead follow-up. Hybrid setup with remote considered for the right fit.
