    We’re hiring an experienced, driven, and resilient Outbound Sales Associate to join our real estate team. You’ll be calling inbound and outbound buyer and seller leads, building rapport fast, and converting conversations into qualified appointments for our agents. This role is for someone who loves the phone, doesn’t get discouraged by objections, and has the stamina to talk to people all day with confidence, clarity, and results. If you’ve got real estate calling experience and the grit to win in a high-volume, high-conversion environment—we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Make outbound calls to buyer and seller leads using proven tracks and natural conversation flow • Build rapport quickly and ask the right questions to uncover motivation and timing • Set qualified listing and buyer appointments for our sales agents • Accurately document all conversations and lead updates in our CRM • Follow up consistently with leads who aren’t ready yet, using smart timing and targeted messages • Track performance metrics and maintain daily activity goals (calls, contacts, and appointments set) Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position What We’re Looking For: • Speaks and writes fluent English with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent • 4+ years of outbound phone sales experience with proven success • Emotionally resilient—you don't take rejection personally and can bounce back call after call • Naturally outgoing, persuasive, and confident on the phone • Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and virtual communication tools • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through—you never let a warm lead go cold Compensation: $15,000
