Responsibilities: • Engage with potential home sellers using our CRM system to identify and qualify leads. • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to establish trust and rapport. • Utilize lead generation software to efficiently manage and track outreach efforts. • Schedule appointments for Acquisitions Managers by effectively communicating the benefits of our services. • Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve lead conversion rates. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system. • Stay informed about market trends and developments in the Richmond real estate sector to provide relevant insights to clients. Qualifications: • Previous sales experience. • Looking for individuals with drive. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Real Estate experience is a plus, not a requirement. Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly
