    About the Role

    As a SWE III (Senior Software Engineer) with our product engineering team you will be responsible for architecting and implementing the core outbound web platform. This team is responsible for launching the Outbound marketplace as well as our workflow automation platform.

    Work Location

    Fully Remote. Travel for off-sites may be required for several days up to five times a year

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of professional work experience
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment preferably a VC backed startup or other high-innovation, high speed experience.
    • Experience in architecting and implementing complex projects for extensibility, reliability, scalability and testability.
    • Comfortable at developing and supporting core services used in customer facing products.

    As a SWE III on the team you will contribute by:

    • Developing high-quality software using technology within our stack including: Typescript, SST Framework, Lambda, Node, GraphQL, React, Vite, DynamoDB, PostgresQL
    • Leverage Messaging Technologies such as SQS, SNS, SES and AWS Event Bus to design and deliver scalable event driven systems.
    • Design, develop and test features and improvements to products and service used by our customers.
    • Implement search and reporting functionality using AWS Open Search.
    • Experiment with and Implement Generative AI using LLMs for content generation features
    • Design and develop a robust workflow automation system that scales to millions of actions.
    • Participate in the Discovery and Design phase of the SDLC by contributing to product design discussions and debates using your expertise in data architecture and assessing feasibility of any given solution.
    • Support our current customers by ensuring the resiliency and availability of our production systems

    This role will receive a competitive salary based on location, benefits and equity.

    Salary Ranges from 100k-200k depending on equity, experience and location
