Outdoor Construction Technician (Hardscape & Landscape)

Lansing, MI $18–$24/hr (depending on experience) Full-Time | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

About the Role Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking Outdoor Construction Technicians to join our hardscape and landscape teams. This position combines hands-on construction skills with outdoor landscaping—perfect for those who enjoy physical work and creating lasting results.

Responsibilities

Build patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living features

Assist with planting, mulching, edging, and landscape installs

Operate light machinery (skid steers, compactors, mowers)

Ensure job site cleanliness and safety

Support seasonal services (cleanups, snow removal)

Qualifications

Experience in landscaping or hardscaping preferred

Carpentry or construction background a plus

Must have valid driver’s license (required for equipment hauling)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
