    Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000+ per year (Commission Based) Company Vehicle + Uniform Provided 6-Week Paid Onboarding

    What We Offer:

    Job Duties:

    Conduct in-person consultations with home and business owners

    Confirm, qualify, and manage scheduled sales appointments

    Generate new leads via door-to-door outreach and networking

    Present product options, create estimates, and close sales

    Develop product knowledge to provide expert recommendations

    Track client communications, appointments, and sales activity

    Coordinate with installation teams to ensure project success

    Maintain a professional appearance and customer-first attitude

    What We're Looking For:

    Experience in outside sales, home improvement sales, commission-based roles, or related fields

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Comfortable working outdoors and engaging in door-to-door outreach

    Must have a valid driver’s license

    Able to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening

    Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals

    Additional Details:

    Full-time, commission-based role with paid training

    Flexible schedule with some weekend availability preferred
