    Job Summary

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outdoor Kitchen Sales Representative to sell modular and custom outdoor kitchen islands (cabinetry) and outdoor kitchen appliances directly to homeowners. This fully remote role focuses on responding to inbound online leads, conducting virtual consultations, and guiding customers through the purchase of complete outdoor kitchen solutions.

    This position is ideal for a consultative sales professional who excels at remote selling, strong follow-up, and helping customers select cabinetry and appliances that work together functionally and aesthetically.

    Key Responsibilities

    Follow up promptly with inbound online leads via phone, email, text, and video

    Sell outdoor kitchen islands (cabinetry systems) and outdoor kitchen appliances directly to consumers

    Conduct virtual consultations to understand customer space, needs, preferences, and budget

    Educate customers on cabinet configurations, materials, finishes, sizing, and layout options

    Recommend and sell compatible appliances such as grills, side burners, refrigeration, storage, and pizza ovens

    Build complete outdoor kitchen packages that include cabinetry and appliances

    Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations

    Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to completed sale

    Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects through the sales pipeline

    Accurately log lead activity, communications, and sales data in CRM

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order entry and handoff

    Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics

    Stay current on product lines, appliance specs, pricing, and promotions

    Qualifications

    Experience in direct-to-consumer, inside, or remote sales

    Strong phone, video, and written communication skills

    Proven ability to sell complete product solutions, not just single items

    Consultative selling mindset with strong closing skills

    Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management

    Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

    Proficient with CRM systems and digital sales tools

    Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace

    Preferred Experience

    Experience selling outdoor kitchen cabinetry, grills, or premium appliances

    Background in home improvement, remodeling, cabinetry, or design-related sales

    Experience handling inbound online leads

    Familiarity with reading basic layouts, measurements, or customer-provided plans
