​​​​Outdoor Makeover and Living Spaces is Atlanta's premier Outdoor Living Space firm. Our Landscape, Construction & Roofing divisions focus on residential properties in the Atlanta market. From concept to creation, we build from the dirt up with our clients' outdoor dreams as our focus. We handle outdoor living spaces such, as a porch, deck, patio, and cooking area, and hardscapes such as fire features, patios, roofing, and full exterior Makeovers such as paint, gutter, windows, mini makeover, and outdoor lighting. We are not a maintenance company. We consult, design, build, and satisfy! To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: · Knowledgeable in the exterior construction & landscape industry. · Comfortable multi-tasking on a high level, with precision. · Emphasize our strengths and highlight how they are a value to the customer. · Strong negotiation skills/closer. · Build quotes in our proprietary software, negotiate prices, and close deals. · Reliable, responsible, resourceful, and valid Georgia Driver's License. · Self-motivated to design, propose & close deals. · Deadline and detail oriented. · Professional, excellent customer service, well-written & spoken communication. · Bachelor's Degree or related experience. · 2 years+ of directly related sales experience in construction or landscape sales is required.
