    Role Description

    Prime Pest Solutions is seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to help expand our customer base through direct, face-to-face interaction with homeowners. In this role, you will canvass neighborhoods, educate homeowners about pest prevention, and offer solutions through our pest control service plans.

    This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy an active work environment, have strong communication skills, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

    Compensation: Base pay plus commission. High-performing representatives have significant earning potential based on sales performance.

    Schedule: Flexible schedule with work primarily occurring during afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.

    Responsibilities

    Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage directly with homeowners

    Educate homeowners about pest prevention and Prime Pest Solutions services

    Present and explain pest control service plans and treatment options

    Answer questions and address homeowner concerns professionally

    Close new customer agreements and schedule initial service appointments

    Track daily leads, customer interactions, and sales activity

    Represent Prime Pest Solutions with professionalism and integrity at all times

    Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach when interacting with the public

    Required Qualifications

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners and working outdoors

    Self-motivated and able to work independently

    Reliable transportation to reach designated neighborhoods

    Ability to walk for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods

    Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques provided during training

    Preferred but not required:

    Prior sales, customer service, or door-to-door sales experience
