    About the Role

    Prime Pest Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to represent our services through direct, face-to-face interaction with homeowners. This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity focused on generating new customer relationships.

    We are actively building a bench of contractors for ongoing and future sales opportunities.

    What You’ll Do

    Canvass assigned neighborhoods and engage with homeowners.

    Educate customers on pest prevention and service plans.

    Present and explain service options clearly and professionally.

    Answer questions and address concerns.

    Close new customer agreements.

    Track daily activity and leads.

    What We’re Looking For

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Comfortable working outdoors and initiating conversations.

    Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

    Reliable transportation.

    Ability to walk for extended periods.

    Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including outdoor activity and face-to-face interaction throughout the day.

    Work Structure

    This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) relationship. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

    Work is based on performance and availability, and contractors may accept or decline opportunities.

    Interview Process

    Selected candidates may participate in a phone conversation followed by an in-person meeting.

    This process helps determine alignment for future opportunities. Because we are building a bench, there may be a gap between interviews and active work.
