Position Overview
We are seeking both experienced installation crews and motivated individuals looking to grow into a skilled trade to support our expanding outdoor living division.
Our team installs high-end motorized screen shade systems, custom pergola integrations, and specialty exterior products for luxury residential clients. These projects require precision, professionalism, and a commitment to quality.
We offer two paths:
Experienced Crews – Immediate project ownership and high earning potential
Trainable Installers – Hands-on training with a path to leading your own crew

Responsibilities
For Installation Crews
Complete projects from start to finish with high attention to detail
Install motorized screen shades, pergola systems, and exterior enclosures
Connect, program, and test all motorized components
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field
Install custom build-outs as needed for proper system function
Install cedar fixed screens and aluminum extruded screens
Any callbacks within 90 days must be completed within 30 days or less
Maintain high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction
For Trainable Installers
Assist with installation of motorized screen shade systems
Learn measuring, mounting, wiring, and programming
Support installation of outdoor structures and custom components
Maintain clean and professional job sites
Develop skills to transition into a lead installer role
Qualifications
Experienced Crews
Proven experience with screens, shades, pergolas, or similar systems
Ability to operate independently and manage projects
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in high-end residential environments preferred
Trainable Candidates
Construction or carpentry experience preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Interest in developing a long-term career in installation
Requirements (All Applicants)
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks

Truck or trailer with roof racks capable of carrying 20’ materials
Active workers’ compensation insurance
