    Outerknown is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will provide support to the Head of Marketing by creating and executing multi-channel digital campaigns. These include creating, executing, tracking and optimizing effective paid digital campaigns, paid social media campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), influencer campaigns, retargeting, overseeing affiliate program, Youtube marketing, and more. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Create, implement, and optimize marketing strategies for finding new customers.
    • Oversee and monitor paid media campaigns.
    • High level of focus on KPI’s – understanding goals, tracking and hitting KPI’s.
    • Proactive about finding new marketing opportunities and growing existing ones.
    • Drive delivery of media campaigns, split tests, follow up and reporting on progress.
    • Must understand Google Analytics or other attribution reporting.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Excellent project management skills, specifically seeing projects through from start to finish.
    • Independent thinker.
    • 4+ years experience in digital marketing.
    • Should understand and enjoy working with data.
    • Extreme attention to detail.
    • Must be proactive and take initiative on staying up-to-date on the digital marketing landscape.
    • Experience growing an affiliate program preferred but not mandatory.

    SKILLS:

    • Responsible for following up on each channel and reporting performance.
    • Must be organized, creative and understand performance data.
    • Must be an independent thinker.
    • Must have a thorough knowledge of digital ad platforms, experience setting up multi-channel ROAS focused campaigns, and understand how they tie into larger brand goals.
    • We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, with a great work ethic, and who would be excited to work alongside a great team and culture at an apparel company in Culver City.
