    Responsibilities Include

    Conduct diagnostic assessments and establish appropriate diagnoses

    Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans

    Complete ongoing clinical documentation, including treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, and progress notes in accordance with company policy

    Provide exceptional care to clients, families, and referral partners

    Collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to filling gaps in our mental health communities

    Utilize creativity, innovation, and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve meaningful goals

    Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 direct client sessions per week for Full-Time status, with opportunities for additional bonus compensation when goals are met and exceeded

    Coordinate care with case managers, schools, medical providers, families, employers, and other treatment team members as appropriate

    Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and team events

    Required Qualifications and Skills

    Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited college or university

    Fully licensed clinician or actively pursuing licensure under approved supervision (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Resident in Counseling, Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy, Supervisee in Social Work, etc.)

    Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to establish and maintain healthy professional boundaries

    Ability to complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely manner

    Comfortable working with diverse populations and presenting concerns

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus!)

    Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
