Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Sales & Member Experience Associate to be the first smiling face people see when they walk through our doors. This part-time position is perfect for someone looking to make a little extra income while being part of a fitness-forward, supportive community.

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Sundays Closed)

Responsibilities

Greet all guests and members warmly upon arrival

Present membership options and sign up new clients

Manage client check-ins and class bookings

Assist current members with questions and ensure a great experience

Help coordinate events, challenges, and in-studio promotions

Support studio operations and leadership with daily tasks

Optional: Help with social media content or posting

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front desk roles

Outgoing, friendly, and dependable personality

Organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks

Basic tech/computer skills (booking systems, social media, etc.)

Enjoys working in a team and positive environment

Bonus if you have social media or marketing experience!
