Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Outlet Appliance Sales Associate. Our outlet specializes in high-quality kitchen appliances, offering customers a wide range of products from leading brands at competitive prices. In this position, you will be responsible for selling open-box appliances, along with new-in-box appliances. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining the overall presentation of our showroom.

Responsiblities:

Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs. Provide information and guidance on product features, specifications, and benefits.

Sales Generation: Actively approach customers to promote and sell products. Utilize product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell appliances and accessories.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product trends, features, and benefits to confidently answer customer inquiries and provide recommendations.

Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing transactions accurately through POS systems, and ensuring smooth delivery arrangements.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of previous retail sales experience preferred, particularly in appliances or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Basic understanding of kitchen appliances and their functionalities (training will be provided).

Compensation: This position is a commission-based role. Appliances Sales Associates at Bray and Scarff often earn well above the industry average. There is an initial 4-week period with training pay. This helps cover the ramp-up period while learning and building a pipeline of sales.

Details of the commission plan will be reviewed during the interview process. In total, an Outlet Appliances Sales Associate should earn $55,000 - $80,000 per year. Commissions are un-capped.
