Summary of Position

tag Outlet is looking for a part-time Seasonal Sales associate who can deliver a wonderful shopping experience to our customers. They will interact with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how tag products can fulfill those needs, along with helping maintain a clean and stocked store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a passion for creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, be comfortable with digital Point-of-sale systems and have the ability to work independently.

Schedule: Must be available to work 20-24 hours a week during store hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Actively drive sales by engaging with customers
• Replenish and merchandise the sales floor with full shelves and attractive product displays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Perform other business duties as assigned by Store Manager or upper management

** Qualifications & Requirements**

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred 2 years retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Competent with computerized systems, Square point-of-sale experience a plus
• Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs

** Physical requirements**

• Sitting, Standing, Walking
• The position involves constant moving, talking, reaching, grabbing and standing for extended periods, the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders.
