    LOGISTICS FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST - THIS POSITION IS A SEASONAL ROLE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO HIRE AFTER A 90 DAY PERFORMANCE REVIEW. 

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We're approaching our peak flu event season, and are looking for a driven, processed-oriented, and good-humored individual to join our Supply Chain Department as a SEASONAL Logistics Fulfillment Specialist. This position will pick/pack items and supplies needed for the upcoming Flu Event season. Duties will primarily consist of packing/unpacking standardized onsite event kits and collaborating with key internal stakeholders to exceed industry standards. Also, you will develop relationships with our Finance, Operations, Tech, and Human Resources; to set and achieve common goals. We are looking for candidates who have sharp attention to detail, quick learning abilities, and those who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    YOU

    • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, or approaches to problems
    • Must be able to complete tasks without constant supervision.
    • Able to adapt personal schedule around Supply Chain's hours, must be punctual, able to work in a team oriented environment
    • Basic computer knowledge, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office.
    • Must be able to maintain a clean & organized work environment
    • Must be able to spot imperfections and irregularities quickly

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Inventory Management
    • Conduct physical inventory counts
    • Update inventory data in Event management system
    • Procurement of necessary products and supplies
    • Pick/Pack supply orders
    • Create shipping labels online
    • Answer supply related phone calls and resolve issues or answer inquiries
    • Read and fulfill request forms for events and onsite clinics * Logistics
    • Manage delivery dates, exceptions, and returned products
    • Contact logistics partners for shipment information
    • Coordinate product shipments in alignment with clinic hours
    • Facilitate product and onsite event returns
    • Develop and maintain production and Supply Chain processes
    • Pack/Lift boxes weighing up to 75 lbs

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • Must possess a minimum of a High School diploma, or equivalent  
    • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office technologies (Word, Excel)
    • Ability to work on multiple assignments
