Pressure Washer and Building Estate Maintenance Technician

Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for a full-time, Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician in the Seattle area. Our skilled technicians are equipped with commercial equipment and receive comprehensive technical training. The Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician is responsible for field work consisting of window cleaning, pressure washing, and building maintenance (commercial and residential) from the both the ground and high rise, utilizing lifts and rope/bosun chairs.
We do use I9 verification and check for valid driver’s license. We have openings for Sunday-Thursday. Must be able to work both day and night shifts.
Must have reliable transportation with the ability to transport your gear from job site to job site. A smart phone is also required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Pressure-washing, vacuuming, water proofing, exterior squeegee work, window restoration, caulking, awnings, and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles).
Work from heights using a lift or rope/bosun chair.
Install and maintain various bird abatement systems.
Interior window cleaning, including relites, and high dusting also using proper window cleaning equipment.
Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Work primarily outdoors, even during adverse weather conditions.
Position requires an eye for detail.
Collaborate with team members, management, and office staff to make effective decisions.

Qualifications and Skills
PREFERRED SKILLS: Previous pressure-washing experience.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Experience cleaning high-end construction a plus, but not required.
