    Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for a full-time, High-Rise Window Cleaning Specialist in the Seattle area. Our skilled technicians are equipped with state of the art rope access equipment and receive comprehensive technical training.     The High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for field work consisting of window cleaning, and pressure washing, primarily on buildings above three stories. Most shifts are Sunday-Thursday with work hours between 5am-5pm.

    We do use I9 verification and check for valid driver’s license.

    Must have reliable transportation with the ability to transport your gear from job site to job site. A smart phone is also required.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Exterior squeegee work, window restoration, water proofing, caulking, awnings, pressure washing, and window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, and water-fed poles).

    Interior window cleaning, including relites, and high dusting also using proper window cleaning equipment.

    Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

    Work primarily outdoors, even during adverse weather conditions.

    Provide daily progress reports of drop counts including the width of drops (i.e. 2-wide) and location of drop (i.e. North face).

    Collaborate with team members, management, and office staff to make effective decisions.

    Aptitude for working well with others and the ability to interact respectfully with our clients and team members.

    Courteous, responsible, diligent, forward thinking, honest, hardworking, and focused on clients’ needs.

    Promote positive employee morale that aligns with company goals.

    Qualifications and Skills

    PREFERRED SKILLS: Professional squeegee skills, with the ability to work right and left-handed. Previous experience in a Bosun’s chair.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Rope Access education or experience working from ropes preferred.
