An Outpatient Manager is needed in Burlington, KS.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
• Lead and supervise department staff, oversee clinical processes, and ensure quality client care.
• Conduct performance evaluations and monitor staff productivity, caseloads, and documentation compliance.
• Provide direct therapy to a personal caseload while maximizing team efficiency and client placements.
• Represent the agency at local/state meetings, build community partnerships, and deliver presentations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, submit timely reports, and ensure compliance with state and agency standards.
• Model professionalism, foster positive relationships, and support staff growth.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and skills.
• Report directly to the Assistant Clinical Director

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in the mental health field
• Supervisory and leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work with patients of all ages
• Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work, counseling, or psychology is required
• The following licensures are accepted: LMFT, LCMFT, LMLP, LCP, LP, LPC, LCPC, LMSW or LSCSW
