Our network of Ellie Mental Health clinics in Colorado and Wyoming is growing and looking for an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic Manager for our Loveland, Colorado location. This person will share our vision for improving and increasing access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
The Clinic Manager position allows one to apply their leadership skills while continuing to help their community by working with clients. Your day will be fast-paced and no two days will be the same! You can expect about: 25% of your day to be spent working with clients 25% of your time you will support clinicians and staff with licensure and audit requirements 25% of your time in an outreach and community development capacity letting the community know Ellie is now open! 15% on facilities and office management and 10% on billing, credentialing and troubleshooting.

Required Skills/Abilities
Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
Independently licensed with a Colorado-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Experience in supervising pre-licensed therapists
Strong leadership and problem-solving skill sets
Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record system (Valant experience a plus!)
