We invite you to join our dynamic team of highly skilled, innovative mental health practitioners in our spacious and bright office in Woburn! Conveniently located in W, Cummings Park, adjacent to both Route 93 and Route 95. An ideal candidate will be independently licensed or license eligible in MA. They will align with our Person-centered philosophy rooted in core values of acceptance, empathy, and authenticity, and will share our passion for improving access to quality mental health services for all. Responsibilities Include:
Conducting Initial Clinical Assessments, Developing and implementing treatment plans, Completing ongoing documentation including, but not limited to, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Maintaining a caseload of a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week, if full-time status
Coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff, as needed
Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and in-service trainings
Credentialing Requirements:
Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
Candidates must hold clinical licensure or be working toward licensure, in MA
Ideal candidates will have effective written and verbal communication skills
Candidates should have the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
Candidates should be able work within a multi-cultural lens
Candidates should be proficient in Electronic Health Record systems
Candidates with interest in treating children and families are a plus
Bilingual candidates are a plus
