    Position: Full-Time Outpatient Therapist (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, LMFT) Location: Beachwood, OH

    Required:

    Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited program

    Active Ohio license (LPC, LSW, LPCC, LPCC-S, LISW, LISW-S, LMFT)

    Experience providing direct clinical services, including diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy, and documentation

    Strong communication skills and professional boundaries

    Timely documentation and familiarity with EHR systems

    Ability to work with a diverse client base and pass a background check

    A great sense of humor!

    Key Duties:

    Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy

    Develop and review treatment plans

    Complete timely documentation

    Use evidence-based interventions

    Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers

    Attend team meetings and trainings

    Support Ellie’s mission to fill gaps in mental health services

    Bonus:

    Supervision designation (additional pay!)

    Training in CBT, DBT, EMDR
