    Primary Responsibilities

    As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will:

    Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families

    Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

    Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions

    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

    Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations (approximately 25 sessions per week)

    Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate

    Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

    Active clinical license (PLMHP, LMFT, LPCC, LIMHP, LMPH, LICSW, LP, etc.)

    Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

    Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism

    Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus
