    We are currently hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our growing team in Redwood City, CA.

    Your Responsibilities:

    Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy using evidence-based practices

    Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and develop collaborative treatment plans

    Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation per company guidelines

    Coordinate care with families, schools, medical professionals, and community partners as needed

    Participate in staff meetings, team consultations, and continuing education

    Offer culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds

    Support the clinic’s mission of expanding access and reducing barriers to care

    Qualifications:

    Active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist

    Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse client populations

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and ethical standards

    Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort with technology (Valant experience a plus)

    Must be willing to work in a hybrid model (in-person in Redwood City and telehealth)

    Credentialed with insurance panels is a plus—but not required
