Pause Wellness Center is seeking licensed or pre-licensed clinicians to join our collaborative group practice in Northborough, MA. Qualifications: • Master's degree in a related field. • Active MA license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) OR pre-licensed status. • Strong clinical skills with various age groups and presentations. • Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a caseload. • Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth. • Scheduling flexibility that works for you and meets client demand. (Evening availability accelerates caseload growth). • Will consider candidates without outpatient experience who are motivated to learn and have strong clinical skills.
