What You'll Do

Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and documentation

Maintain a caseload of at least 25 session hours per week (for full-time)

Deliver creative, client-centered therapy services

Collaborate with a fun and supportive clinical team

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

Master's degree in a behavioral health field

Active clinical license in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT

Experience with treatment planning, diagnostics, and progress documentation

Comfortable with diverse client populations

Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards

Experience with EHR systems and computer systems (Valant is a plus)
