    Compensation and Benefits:

    Compensation range $50-$60 an hour (based on qualifications)

    Position Overview: As a Clinical Supervisor at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.     Clinical Responsibilities Include:

    Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans

    Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

    Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

    Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system

    Maintain a caseload of clients (minimum 15 client hours weekly)

    Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

    Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.

    Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events

    Supervision Responsibilities:

    Conduct evidenced-based, data informed, and goal driven individual, triadic and group supervision as required to interns and pre-licensed staff to ensure clinical excellence and align with best practices

    Collaborate with Clinic Director to provide clinical oversight to clinic’s Mental Health Practitioners and Professionals

    Supervise evaluations of mental health diagnoses, creation, and implementation of treatment plans.

    Attend leadership meetings and professional development as required

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    Candidates must have clinical licensure in their field in OH with the ability to supervise (e.g. LISW-S or LPCC-S)

    Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

    Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours

    Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

    Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments

    Prior supervision experience preferred
