    About the Role

    We're seeking licensed or pre-licensed therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population.

    Preferred Licensure

    LPC or associate-level LPC

    LCSW or associate-level social work licensure

    LMFT or associate-level LMFT

    Pre-licensed clinicians actively pursuing full licensure are encouraged to apply

    What You'll Do

    Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

    Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services

    Maintain a caseload of 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians

    Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time

    Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, case managers, and community supports as needed

    Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities

    Use creative interventions to help clients achieve meaningful goals

    Support the overall mission and success of the clinic

    Qualifications

    Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution

    Active clinical license or associate/pre-licensed status in your designated field

    2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred

    Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries

    Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner

    Comfort working with diverse populations

    Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

    Valant experience is a plus

    Insurance credentialing experience preferred for fully licensed clinicians

    Ability to successfully complete required background screening
