Founded in Seattle, Washington, Nolia is a healthcare company dedicated to providing personalized, clinically-supported, and virtual-first services for older adults and their family caregivers or care partners. We understand that chronic and serious illnesses related to aging impact not only those diagnosed but also those who care for them. Nolia's mission is to elevate family caregiving as a central component of healthcare. Our goal is to transform the way caregiving is perceived and valued, ensuring that family caregivers have the resources, knowledge, and support they need so no one has to navigate this journey alone.
Our Vision, Mission and Values are very important to us and can be found here.
As a member of our transdisciplinary team, you will deliver virtual outpatient therapy to individuals affected by chronic conditions and their family caregivers. We understand that a diagnosis such as Alzheimer's disease impacts not only the person with the condition but the entire family system, which is why we view the illness as a key component of treatment. Your therapy services will focus on adults, older adults, and family caregivers, addressing both the emotional and psychological challenges that arise on this journey.
By offering centralized support for inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting, billing and collections, our therapist gets to focus on supporting patients on this often difficult journey.
Join us in redefining healthcare by ensuring our caregivers receive the comprehensive support they deserve. Together, we can create a more compassionate, accessible, equitable and effective care system!
