A growing therapy management organization is hiring a Physical Therapist to work in a busy outpatient orthopedic setting in Austin, Texas. Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate, this full-time role offers the chance to build your clinical skillset in a collaborative, supportive team environment.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of cases including pre- and post-surgical patients, spine conditions, and both upper and lower extremity issues. The ideal candidate brings a passion for orthopedic rehab, values patient-centered care, and is eager to contribute to a team that promotes wellness and recovery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices
• Administer physical agents and modalities such as dry needling, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, etc.
• Educate patients and families on home care and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress in electronic medical records
• Supervise PTAs and techs when applicable

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a diverse outpatient caseload

• Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise instruction (Required)
• Multidisciplinary communication and documentation (Required)

Education & Experience

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate)
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Texas
