    You'll treat post-surgical and non-operative orthopedic cases involving upper/lower extremities and the spine , with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and individualized care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and treat patients using orthopedic manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities

    • Develop customized treatment plans with measurable outcomes

    • Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise

    • Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure quality outcomes

    • Supervise physical therapy assistants and students as needed

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active Texas PT license (or eligible to obtain)

    • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited DPT or MPT program

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work both independently and within a team

    • Flexibility for occasional weekend coverage

    Preferred Skills:

    • Orthopedic rehabilitation expertise

    • Manual therapy and therapeutic modalities

    • Patient education and goal-driven care planning
