About the Role:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions (surgical & non-surgical)
- Create personalized treatment plans that prioritize recovery, pain management, and functional improvement
- Use a broad range of therapy techniques including therapeutic exercise, modalities, and manual therapy
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals for holistic patient care
- May supervise PT Assistants and support staff as needed
You Bring:
- A current (or eligible) Physical Therapist license for the state of Texas
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PT program (DPT or MPT)
- A passion for delivering top-notch patient care
- Openness to weekend work and a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
