    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
    • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
    • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices
    • Administer physical agents and modalities such as dry needling, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, etc.
    • Educate patients and families on home care and injury prevention
    • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers for optimal outcomes
    • Document patient progress in electronic medical records
    • Supervise PTAs and techs when applicable

    Requirements:

    • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate)
    • Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Texas
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to manage a diverse outpatient caseload
