    Ideal Candidate

    We are looking for a physical therapist who:

    Has a strong interest in manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and evidence-informed care

    Is motivated to pursue clinical excellence through mentorship and continuing education

    Enjoys collaborative problem-solving and interdisciplinary case discussions

    Values building long-term therapeutic alliances with patients

    Is licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Maryland

    Preferred Qualifications

    Prior exposure to or interest in manual therapy certification or fellowship training (e.g., COMT, FAAOMPT)

    Experience or interest in dry needling, orthopedic assessment, and return-to-sport programming

    Comfort treating active populations including recreational and tactical athletes, runners, and post-surgical clients
