Therapist-Owned ~ Patient-Focused ~ Growth-Oriented
Salary: $72,500–$90,000 (base + performance incentives) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
We are a therapist-owned outpatient orthopedic practice with multiple locations, seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for our King of Prussia, PA clinic. Our model is simple: low patient volume (avg 10VPD), high-quality one-on-one care, and an environment where your clinical judgment matters.
Here, you’ll work with patients of all ages and conditions, including:
General orthopedics
Sports injuries and performance enhancement
Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation
Chronic pain management and injury prevention

Your Role
Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based, hands-on manual therapy and progressive exercise programs
Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management techniques
Document progress in accordance with insurance and regulatory standards
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Manual therapy experience preferred, but not required—mentorship provided
