What if your next PT job let you actually diagnose, not just guess?
What if you could confirm what you’re feeling, seeing, and suspecting—in real time?
And what if you worked somewhere that’s doing something no other PT clinic in Chicagoland is doing?
We’re a family-owned, privately run physical therapy practice in Chicago, and we’re growing with intention. We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who’s curious, motivated, and wants to practice smarter—not just harder.
Why This Role Is Genuinely Different
We’re not owned by a hospital.
We’re not owned by private equity.
We’re owned by clinicians who believe PT should be thoughtful, evidence-based, and progressive.
That shows up as:
Investing in post-professional education and technology
A collaborative team that values discussion and clinical reasoning
A compensation model that allows staff PTs to make over six figures
Owners who are present, accessible, and invested in your growth
A Rare Opportunity: Learn Diagnostic MSK Ultrasound & EMG/NCV testing
We are currently the ONLY physical therapy clinic in the Chicagoland area offering musculoskeletal ultrasound and EMG testing within a PT setting—and we’re committed to training the right clinician(s) to use these tools confidently.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Learn musculoskeletal ultrasound to visualize tissue, educate patients, and guide clinical decision-making to improve outcomes
Learn EMG/NCV testing to better understand neuromuscular involvement and root causes
Make faster, more confident diagnoses leading to better patient management
Elevate your clinical skill set well beyond standard outpatient PT, while advancing the profession
No prior ultrasound or EMG experience required—we provide mentorship and training. What matters most is curiosity and a desire to practice at a higher level.
Who You Might Be
A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)
Someone who values critical thinking over cookie-cutter protocols
Interested in adding diagnostics to your skill set
Comfortable working autonomously but excited to collaborate
Early-career PTs and experienced clinicians are welcome
What You’ll Do
Treat a diverse orthopedic and active population
Use advanced assessment and treatment tools
Build long-term patient relationships based on trust and results
Collaborate closely with other PTs and leadership
Help shape the future direction of a progressive private practice
What You’ll Get
Compensation structure allowing a six-figure income without unrealistic metric targets
Health benefits, 19 days of PTO + 9 Holidays, and $1,500 CE allowance + 2 additional CE PTO days annually
Family-owned company culture
Mentorship in advanced diagnostic techniques, dry needling, and more
A rare chance to develop skills that truly set you apart in the profession
The Intangibles (That Matter Most)
You’ll be trusted.
You’ll be challenged—in a good way.
You’ll grow as a clinician.
You’ll be proud of where you work
If you’re a Physical Therapist in Chicago who’s been thinking, “I want to do more than just treat symptoms,”—this might be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
